Guitar Hero = Best Game Ever!!!
Jeff came back from a trip to LA last Monday raving about Guitar Hero for PS2, and quickly decided he had to have it. Now, I am a total non-gamer type, but I have to say this game is awesome. You get this fake guitar and you play along to the music, and it's so much fun. Of course Jeff is way too good at it which takes some of the fun out of it for a mere mortal like myself but it's still really cool.

Sounds cool, I'm sure posing with the guitar is just as fun as playing too!

there's some fun stuff in there - it's mostly classic rock and metal. joan jett, ramones, boston, black sabbath/ozzy osbourne, motorhead, cream, etc. watching jeff rock out to judas priest is pretty much priceless.
Hey, we've got PS2, I think I'm going to have to get that! I could see Jeff now! What is the objective, exactly, how many notes you can play correctly?
You should definitely get it!!
Your objective is to get the notes correct and to get extra points by using the whammy bar and holding the guitar vertically at certain times (so posing gets you points!). You can also earn money playing gigs and then you get to unlock more songs and stuff. It's pretty easy to pick up the basics but has enough levels that it would stay challenging for a pretty long time. Jeff can do the hard mode but prefers medium because it's more fun when it's a bit easier. There is also an insane expert mode.
I forsee some funny internet videos coming from this game.
Should we look for Jeff on WebJunk 20 or Viral Video in a few weeks?
