Unbelieveably, the cherry trees are sprouting new leaves. I thought for sure they were as good as dead, because those beetles ate every last green part off of them. Yay trees!
That's the kind of thing that nature does that makes you want to say really cheesy things about miracles. I'm a sap for trees. And a terrible punner aparently.
