Photo Onslaught

Wanted to post more pictures from the musuem...

Here's Leia driving a tractor and pretending to eat some corn:

And shopping (she needed lots of lemons, apparently)

And harvesting vegetables:

Great, fun place. I took her twice over the course of the weekend, since she loved it so much and the place is small enough that I could basically let her run loose and entertain herself. I hear there is something similar in New York. I'd totally be up for a field trip!

That is so cool! I don't know where in NY there is something similar, but I bring the boys to the NJ Children's Museum from time to time and they have some similar stuff. Not as sleek as Please Touch, but not too bad, either. It's in Paramus, here's the URL: http://www.njcm.com/

My MIL told me that the children's museum in NY (not sure of the exact name) is similar, but not as good as Please Touch. I'll definately check out that NJ link. Paramus is pretty close to me.

There is a children's museum on Shelter Island (ferry from Sag Harbor) so if we ever manage to get you guys out there we could check it out.

The NJ museum looks cool - it looks bigger than Please Touch and seems like some of it is geared toward older kids, but still worth checking out. Thanks for the link! I looked at the website for the NYC children's museum too, and that seems like it could be fun as well.

OMG, I'm smacking myself in the head - I checked out the website and completely forgot that I have been to the NYC Children's Museum! I took Will to a Dr. Seuss exhibit they had about two years ago and he and my goddaughter had a blast. It was packed, but we managed to get through most of the exhibits. Fun day!

I thought at first the second photo was in a real supermarket, until I realized that she is just a little taller than her shopping cart! These are adorable.

The food looks real in the photo.
